LBank review 2026: the short answer
LBank is a centralised crypto exchange offering Spot trading, perpetual Futures, copy trading and related account services. It can be relevant to users comparing maker/taker fees, derivatives access and exchange security controls, although individual products may not be available in every country or to every account.
Trading costs need to be checked carefully. LBank publishes maker/taker fee structures for Spot and Futures, but actual rates can vary by trading pair, VIP level, promotion and account status. Futures also involve separate costs such as funding, alongside leverage and liquidation risk.
For eligible HFR-linked accounts, HighFxRebates lists cashback of 35% of eligible Spot commissions and 47% of eligible Futures commissions. It also lists separate 14% rates for Omni Futures and LBank Card, subject to their applicable programme terms. These percentages refer to qualifying commissions, not trading volume or the full cost of a position. The Futures rate, for example, does not offset funding, slippage or liquidation-related charges. HFR lists rebates as paid daily and directly through LBank after eligible activity is confirmed.
On security, LBank documents controls including Google Authenticator and an anti-phishing code, and it has published Merkle-tree Proof of Reserves material. These disclosures provide useful evidence, but they do not by themselves establish current solvency or eliminate custody and platform risk.
LBank at a glance
LBank is a centralised crypto exchange with Spot, perpetual Futures, copy trading and other services available through web, mobile apps and APIs. Access is not uniform: KYC, jurisdiction, product rules and account status can affect what an individual user can use.
This table summarises the public information checked on 5 November 2026. LBank describes its exchange as established in 2015, although this does not independently establish its corporate incorporation date. The July 2026 global agreement identifies the platform operator as LBK Exchange without confirming one contracting company for every region.
| Field | Current position |

LBank trading products and platforms

Spot markets and order-book features
LBank provides Spot trading across multiple crypto trading pairs through its website and mobile app. Users can place market, limit, trigger and other supported order types. Market orders normally execute against available order-book liquidity, while limit orders wait at the specified price unless they can execute immediately.
Maker and taker status therefore depends on how an order interacts with the order book, not simply on whether it was labelled a limit order.
Trading rules are pair-specific. LBank’s live interface shows details such as minimum trade amount, price and quantity precision, maximum order values and current maker/taker fees. Available assets and pairs can change, so the live pair page should be treated as controlling.
Futures, copy trading and other products
LBank also offers perpetual Futures, with isolated and cross-margin modes. Contract specifications can include different leverage limits and funding intervals. Funding is separate from trading commission, while leveraged positions can be liquidated if margin requirements are no longer met.
Copy trading allows users to mirror eligible lead traders’ Futures activity. It does not guarantee the same execution or outcome, and copied positions remain exposed to market, leverage and liquidation risk.
LBank also documents Earn products and LBank Card, alongside web, mobile-app and API access. A separate prepaid-card application programme ended in July 2026; it should not be confused with the currently advertised LBank Card. Product availability, including Futures, Earn, Card and fiat-related services, can differ by jurisdiction, verification status and account eligibility.
LBank fees: Spot, Futures, VIP and funding

Maker and taker Spot fees
LBank commonly quotes 0.10% maker and 0.10% taker as a reference for standard Spot trading. Actual fees may differ by pair, VIP tier and promotion. Its public VIP fee table may require sign-in and does not always display a complete schedule to an unregistered visitor, so the fee shown for the selected pair and account should be treated as controlling.
Maker/taker status depends on execution. A limit order resting on the book can be maker; one filled immediately against existing liquidity can be charged as taker. See HFR's crypto trading fees guide for the distinction between commission, funding and other costs.
Perpetual Futures and VIP fees
LBank’s general Futures reference remains 0.02% maker and 0.06% taker. Trading commission is charged on executed notional value, so opening and closing a position can each generate a fee.
The October 2026 VIP upgrade advertises lower qualifying fees, with Spot maker/taker rates as low as 0%/0.03% and Futures rates as low as 0%/0.02%. These are upper-tier examples, not general account fees. Futures Grid and Futures copy-trading orders may instead follow the VIP0 0.02%/0.06% schedule even for VIP users, according to LBank's product guides.
Funding is separate from commission and varies by contract and settlement interval. Forced liquidation can also carry a pair-specific liquidation fee.
| Charge | Current published position | Treatment |
|---|---|---|
| Spot maker/taker | Common reference: 0.10% / 0.10%; check the live pair fee | Trading commission |
| Futures maker/taker | General reference: 0.02% / 0.06% | Opening and closing commission |
| Funding | Variable by contract and interval | Separate from trading commission |
| Withdrawal/network | Variable by asset and network | Outside trading commission |
| LBank Card | Terms: 0.8% spending + USD 0.25 processing; conversion charges can apply | Card-specific charges |
| Fiat Buy Crypto | LBank official fee descriptions differ; verify at checkout | Potential LBank/provider fees |
| VIP/promotions | Reduced or zero rates may apply | Actual fee paid may change cashback base |
Withdrawal costs vary by token and network and are shown before confirmation. LBank Card terms list a 0.8% spending fee, a USD 0.25 per-transaction processing fee and, for certain non-USD transactions, a 1.1% currency-conversion fee. A separate physical-card announcement describes a different promotional fee presentation. Users should check the applicable card type and the charges shown in the app. HFR cashback is based on commissions that qualify under the relevant HFR arrangement, not automatically on funding, withdrawals or every card charge.
Worked examples: what trading fees cost
These are hypothetical executed-order examples, using the published reference rates and assuming the account, trading product and commission are confirmed as HFR-eligible. The actual fee may differ by pair, VIP tier, campaign and account status.
For a $10,000 Spot taker trade at 0.10%, the trading commission would be:
$10,000 × 0.10% = $10.00
If the trade is confirmed as eligible for 35% HFR cashback, the rebate would be $3.50, leaving $6.50 of the eligible trading commission after cashback. This is not the full economic cost of the trade because spread, slippage and other charges may also apply.
For a $10,000 Futures taker execution on one side at 0.06%, the commission would be $6.00. If eligible for 47% HFR cashback, the indicative rebate would be $2.82, leaving $3.18 of that executed-side commission.
This Futures example covers one executed side, not a full round trip. A closing trade may incur another fee calculated from its own executed notional value. Funding, spread, slippage and liquidation-related charges remain excluded.
VIP discounts, coupons, promotions or fee-free trading can reduce the commission base. The same fee benefit should not be counted twice when calculating cashback.
Deposits, withdrawals and fiat purchases

LBank supports crypto deposits and on-chain withdrawals, but the applicable limits and charges depend on the asset and blockchain network selected. The deposit screen displays the relevant minimum deposit and required confirmations, so there is no single minimum that should be applied across all cryptocurrencies.
Before transferring crypto, users should check that the asset and network match at both ends. Some assets also require a Memo or Tag in addition to the wallet address. Missing or incorrect network or Memo/Tag information can prevent the deposit from being credited or result in asset loss.
For on-chain withdrawals, LBank displays the current withdrawal fee and estimated amount the recipient will receive before confirmation. The receiving amount may therefore be lower than the amount entered because:
Amount received = withdrawal amount − withdrawal fee
Withdrawal fees and minimums can change by token, network and network conditions, so the live withdrawal screen should be checked each time.
LBank’s One-Click Buy service uses third-party payment providers for some fiat purchases. Its official guidance is not completely consistent: the One-Click Buy web guide says an LBank fee may vary with market conditions, while its deposit FAQ says LBank adds no extra fee and third-party providers may charge. The final checkout breakdown, exchange rate and provider terms should therefore be reviewed before confirmation. Limits and available payment channels also vary by region.
LBank regulation, legal entity and countries
Contracting entity and regulatory claims
LBank’s global User Service Agreement dated 22 July 2026 defines the platform as being operated by LBK Exchange. It does not, however, establish one legal company or regulatory regime for every customer.
Regional terms can differ. LBank's UAE Client Agreement dated 27 February 2026 names LBK EXCHANGE FZE, registration number 3155. Its public disclosure says the company's application to Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) remains under review and that it is not authorised by VARA to provide exchange services. This is the status stated in that entity's published documents, not a claim about every LBank operation.
Registration claims should be checked by legal entity, country and activity. AUSTRAC's official cancellation table records LBK.Info Pty Ltd (ACN 640 722 256) as having its registration cancelled on 12 November 2025. Older LBank references to that Australian registration should not be repeated as a current authorisation.
Restricted locations and products
LBank does not publish one fully consistent worldwide restriction list. Its 22 July 2026 User Service Agreement, 2026 KYC FAQ and April 2026 regional service notice contain different jurisdiction lists. Separate restrictions also apply to services such as card payments.
A country may therefore be restricted for full account access, KYC, derivatives, payment methods or a particular product without appearing identically in every document.
Users should check the current registration screen, applicable legal agreement and product-specific notices before opening or funding an account. Registration or KYC availability should not be assumed to mean every LBank product is permitted in that jurisdiction.
LBank KYC and account access

LBank’s global User Service Agreement states that users must provide genuine identity information and complete KYC before conducting digital-asset transactions. Its current KYC FAQ adds that, for regions or accounts where KYC is required, unverified users cannot deposit, trade or withdraw.
Verification normally requires selecting the issuing country or region, choosing an accepted identity document and completing the required identity and liveness checks. If a country is unavailable in the verification menu, users should not select a different residence or issuing country simply to continue. Regional restrictions can also affect individual products even after verification.
KYC can be rejected because of unclear photos, expired or unsupported documents, inconsistent information or documents that do not meet LBank’s submission requirements. Users should review the stated rejection reason and resubmit accurate information through the official verification flow.
Account functions can also be restricted after verification because of compliance reviews, incomplete information or other risk controls. Users should follow official in-account instructions or contact LBank support instead of trying to bypass restrictions. For a broader explanation of regional verification rules, see HFR’s crypto exchange KYC guide.
Security tools and Proof of Reserves

Account-level controls
LBank provides several account-security tools. Users can enable Google Authenticator or other two-factor authentication, while an anti-phishing code places a user-selected code in official LBank emails to help identify impersonation attempts.
LBank also offers a separate fund password for sensitive asset operations and a withdrawal-address whitelist. When whitelist mode is enabled, withdrawals can be restricted to saved addresses, and users can activate a 24-hour lock for newly added addresses. Changes to some security settings can also trigger temporary withdrawal restrictions.
These controls can reduce certain account-takeover and phishing risks, but they do not prevent every security incident or establish the financial condition of the exchange.
Proof of Reserves and its limits
LBank announced a Merkle-tree Proof of Reserves initiative on 18 February 2024 and published selected BTC and ETH hot-wallet addresses. Those addresses allow readers to inspect balances at disclosed addresses on-chain, but do not independently establish that every customer balance or company obligation was included.
Selected wallet addresses do not establish the completeness of customer liabilities or the solvency of the exchange. In the official material checked for this review, the February 2024 announcement was the identifiable public reserve disclosure; a newer, sufficiently detailed independent reserve-and-liability report was not established. The 2024 material should not be presented as a current audited reserve position.
A stronger PoR assessment would disclose a dated asset-and-liability snapshot, the scope of wallets and customer balances, methodology, verification steps and the identity and role of any independent reviewer. It should also explain which assets and wallets are excluded.
Proof of Reserves is one transparency input, not a substitute for a financial-statement audit or a guarantee of withdrawals. HFR's Proof of Reserves guide explains why wallet-address disclosure and a complete reserve-and-liability assessment differ.
LBank cashback through HighFxRebates
The current HFR LBank listing publishes these rates for activity that meets its account and product rules:
| Product | HFR cashback |
|---|---|
| Spot | 35% of eligible commissions paid |
| Futures | 47% of eligible commissions paid |
| Omni Futures | 14% of commissions paid |
| LBank Card | 14% of commissions paid |

The stated percentages apply to eligible commission amounts, not trading volume, deposits or trading profits. VIP discounts, coupons and fee-free promotions can reduce the commission used for cashback calculations. Where the eligible fee is zero, the fee-based rebate is also zero unless an applicable programme explicitly states otherwise.
HFR identifies Spot, Futures, Omni Futures and LBank Card as product categories in its LBank cashback listing. The 14% Omni Futures and Card rates are separate from the 35% Spot and 47% Futures rates. The listing does not describe every qualifying Omni contract or the precise Card commission base, so users should check product eligibility with HFR before assuming a particular transaction qualifies.
Funding, borrowing costs, crypto withdrawals, network charges, liquidation-related charges and third-party payment fees are not ordinary Spot or Futures trading commissions. Likewise, the separate LBank Card rebate should not be understood as a 14% refund on every purchase, spending fee or processing fee. The eligible fee or partner-commission basis and exclusions remain subject to the published HFR arrangement and product-specific confirmation.
The rate and attribution conditions are published on the HFR LBank cashback listing. For how percentage-based cashback is calculated, read What is crypto exchange cashback?.
HFR lists LBank cashback as paid daily and directly. Eligible activity must first be correctly attributed to the approved LBank account, and individual credits can depend on processing and reporting. This is an HFR rebate condition; it does not change LBank’s trading fees, funding or withdrawal rules.
How to register or link an LBank account to HFR
For a new LBank account, the HFR listing gives the following process:
- Create or log in to a HighFxRebates account.
- Follow the tracked referral link on the HFR LBank cashback page to register a new LBank account.
- After registration, find the LBank UID.
- Open Crypto Accounts in the HFR dashboard and submit the UID.
- Wait for HFR approval and correct tracking before expecting eligible commissions to generate cashback.
Cashback should not be expected on activity completed before the account is correctly attributed and approved.
HFR currently marks transfers of existing LBank accounts as unavailable. An account registered before using the HFR referral link should not be assumed eligible for attribution or retroactive rebates. The listing describes opening a new account through the HFR link, but the exchange’s own identity-verification and account-creation rules still apply.
Existing users should first ask HFR and LBank whether an additional account is permitted in their circumstances. Do not create duplicate accounts, bypass KYC, provide inaccurate identity details or assume a previous account can be moved to the HFR referral structure.
Cashback is not retroactive. Before registering or trading, confirm the account route and the eligibility conditions. HFR’s guide to common crypto cashback mistakes explains referral attribution, account status and excluded activity.
LBank advantages and limitations
LBank offers Spot and perpetual Futures markets, web and mobile trading, API connectivity and security settings including two-factor authentication and anti-phishing codes. Through HFR, approved accounts may qualify for cashback on eligible Spot, Futures, Omni Futures or LBank Card commissions according to the current listing and product rules.
The main limitations are the number of conditions that vary by user. Trading fees can change by pair, VIP tier or promotion, while Futures introduce leverage, funding and liquidation risk. Product availability also depends on jurisdiction and KYC status.
LBank has published reserve-related information, but the independently verified public scope is not enough to treat it as a complete current assessment of solvency. Trading fees, product eligibility and card charges also vary. HFR states daily, direct cashback payments; the exact eligible transactions for the 14% Omni Futures and LBank Card categories still need to be checked against the applicable partner terms.
| Potential advantages | Limitations and conditions |
|---|---|
| Spot and perpetual Futures markets | Regional and product restrictions |
| Web, mobile and API access | Fees vary by pair, tier and promotion |
| Published trading-fee references | Leveraged Futures can lead to rapid losses or liquidation |
| 2FA and anti-phishing controls | Public reserve evidence remains limited in scope |
| HFR cashback across four listed products | Exact Omni/Card eligible fee bases require confirmation |
FAQ
What are the standard LBank Spot maker and taker fees?
LBank’s current VIP0 reference is 0.10% maker and 0.10% taker for Spot trading. Pair-level rules, VIP tiers and promotions can change the actual fee, so the live trading screen should be checked before relying on a headline rate.
How much are LBank Futures trading fees?
LBank's general Futures reference is 0.02% maker and 0.06% taker. Contract terms, VIP tiers and promotions may differ. LBank's separate Futures Grid and copy-trading guides specify VIP0 rates for those products.
Does LBank charge futures funding fees in addition to commissions?
Yes, Futures funding is separate from trading commission. Funding rates vary by contract and settlement interval and are exchanged between long and short position holders. Opening and closing commissions can also apply independently.
Is identity verification required to use LBank?
LBank’s 2026 User Service Agreement requires KYC before digital-asset transactions, while its KYC FAQ describes restrictions for regions or accounts where verification is mandatory. Unverified access should therefore not be assumed to be available everywhere.
Which countries cannot access LBank services?
LBank does not publish one fully consistent global restriction list across all documents. Service, KYC, derivatives, card and payment restrictions can differ, so users should check the current registration screen, legal terms and product-specific notices.
Is LBank regulated, and by which entity?
LBank operates through different legal arrangements rather than one universal licence. Its global agreement refers to LBK Exchange, while regional entities may have separate status. Corporate or MSB registration should not be treated as equivalent to comprehensive exchange authorisation.
Does LBank publish Proof of Reserves?
LBank published a Merkle-tree Proof of Reserves announcement in 2024 with selected BTC and ETH wallet addresses. That disclosure is useful transparency evidence, but it is not by itself a current, complete, independently audited proof of solvency.
Does HFR provide LBank cashback on Spot, Futures, Omni Futures and LBank Card?
Yes. The HFR LBank listing gives 35% of eligible Spot commissions, 47% of eligible Futures commissions, and 14% for each of Omni Futures and LBank Card. Eligibility depends on the relevant product and commission rules. These are HFR rebate percentages, not reductions to all exchange costs or card purchases.
When and where is LBank cashback paid?
HFR currently lists LBank cashback as paid daily and directly through LBank for correctly linked, approved accounts. The payable amount depends on eligible activity and the applicable fee or commission basis. Rebates do not change the exchange’s fee schedule or trading conditions.
Final verdict and risk note
LBank offers Spot and perpetual Futures trading, copy trading and several related services. Readers comparing it with other exchanges should check their actual trading tier, available products, account security controls, jurisdiction and the current legal agreement. HFR-linked accounts may receive rebates on eligible commissions, including the separately listed Omni Futures and Card categories, but cashback eligibility is not automatic.
Before opening or funding an account, check the current trading and withdrawal fees, KYC requirements, restrictions applicable to your country and the HFR account-linking process. Existing LBank accounts are not transferable under the current HFR listing. The latest HFR cashback rates and registration instructions are available on the LBank cashback page.
Official sources and methodology
This review was updated and fact-checked on 7 November 2026 using LBank’s published agreements, fee and product guidance, security disclosures, the AUSTRAC cancellation record and the current HFR LBank listing. HFR cashback terms are separate from LBank’s trading conditions. LBank has published differing descriptions of One-Click Buy fees; check the charge shown before purchase. Examples are hypothetical calculations, not executed trades. Account access and fees may change by jurisdiction, product, and date.

Risk warning and disclaimer: Crypto assets and leveraged derivatives can involve substantial and rapid losses. Futures positions may be liquidated, and holding assets on a centralised exchange introduces custody, security, operational and counterparty risks. Cashback offsets part of qualifying commissions; it does not reduce market, leverage, funding, liquidation or platform risk.
